TUESDAY 15TH DECEMBER CLUB BRONZE GRADING Tue 15th December - Tue 15th December
3:20pm - 5:30pm
Hawkedon Gymnastics Club — Bronze Grading December 2026 A special opportunity for children to showcase their skills and celebrate their progress. Children will perform their floor routine and age-related vaults in a performance environment, supported and encouraged by their coaches. Performing is a valuable skill in its own right. It gives children experience of presenting themselves confidently, managing nerves and demonstrating their learning in front of others. These skills extend beyond gymnastics, supporting classroom presentations, school productions and future opportunities. Preparing for grading also develops recall, perseverance and goal setting. Children work towards remembering and performing their routine independently, practising challenging skills and recognising how consistent effort leads to progress. All children will receive their Bronze Grade Award at Pass, Merit or Distinction, celebrating their achievement and providing a foundation for their next gymnastics goals. There will be an opportunity to complete Silver and Bronze grades before the end of the school year. Children should come directly to the hall from their classroom after school and be collected from Reception at 5.30pm. Please wear suitable gymnastics attire — PE kit or a leotard — with long hair tied back. It is advisable to bring a light snack and a water bottle. This is a closed assessment without parent spectators. Silver award and Gold will include parent spectators.
