Before School Gymnastics
Start the day with energy, focus, and fun! Our before-school gymnastics class helps children build strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination through age-appropriate skills and activities. Each session is designed to boost confidence, encourage teamwork, and develop a love for movement—all before the school bell rings.
Children will warm up with games, practice fundamental gymnastics skills, and finish feeling ready to learn with improved concentration and a positive mindset for the day ahead.
Perfect for beginners and those with some experience—everyone is welcome!
